I had visited Apollo Clinic, Kundalahalli, Bangalore to get my Privilege Card.
Earlier I had visited Apollo Pharmacy, Marathahalli to get medicines when a Apollo Clinic agent had told me about the benefits of the card. He had also handed me over a letter regarding the benefits(attached). He told me to visit the Clinic to get the Actual Privilege Card.
Upon visiting the Apollo Clinic, first the helpdesk people were hesitant to give me the card, citing various reasons like unavailability of Card, only for first time registration users. I asked them to point it out the same in the letter I had. Then they finally gave me the privilege card after charging Rs.100 towards registration(Proof attached).(I was already registered in the clinic before).
Then after a few days, I visited the Apollo Pharmacy to avail the benefits of the Privilege Card. I was shocked to hear that they did not accept Privilege Card(eventhough in the letter it was clearly mentioned that 10% discount on all medicines
Upon raising a complaint on feedback@apolloclinic.com on 22nd Feb regarding the same, a person called and said that Apollo Pharmacy did not provide benefits and said they would get back with update.
But, still no update.
Wonder, whether the Privilege Card has any privileges at all?
