Hi dear readers,
I would like share my another hospitalization experience with you all.
I met with an bike accident, had mandible fracture, zygomatic(cheek bone) fracture, seizures etc. I was in a critical condition. I went to Apollo hospital Mysore and met Dr. Narayan hegde . They took ct scans and x-ray and made me to get admitted immediately.On the same day I was operated. Now I am alri8 with my condition. He did a operation in such a way that my external appearance did not get disturbed. He is very excellent in plastic surgeries. He speaks very politely with all patients and treats every one same starting from poor people to vIp people. If he is so busy asks excuses with the patients who are waiting @his opd. I would like to recommend Dr. Narayan hegde for any plastic surgeries . sure he will give you best outcome of surgery. He is a experienced doctor.In this point of time I would like to appreciate other doctors who treated me and their medical services are very good . Dr, vijay reddy( plastic surgeon)-he also very polite person treated me very well in absence of Dr. Narayan hegde.Dr. somanath vasudev(neurologist), Dr. lokesh B.L(neuro surgeon), Dr.Balakrishna gowda(ortho).
I would like to say they have well educated, experienced, excellent doctors are available @Bgs Apollo mysore.
con's- Nursing services relatively poor or less no of nursing staff, unavailability of beds, improper communication @administration level.I hope it will get resolved soon.
suggestions-
- Increase no of beds.
2.Priority of beds should be given for in - patients especially who are coming from ICU n OT
Increase no. of nursing staff
proper communication @all departments
people are waiting for doctors @ their opd for long time . something alternative can be done by giving appointment or providing some junior doctors.
6.cleanliness improvement, pigeon are soiling our dresses near opd, mosquito problems in wards, rooms.
