As we know that honey has been the natural health food providing good amounts of energy and amazing fitness. Besides having lower calories than sugar, honey is packed with natural vitamins, minerals, proteins and antioxidants.
Because of my low stamina and weight gained body
my doctor suggests me to take honey.
There are so many types of honey is present in market but I not found much effect on my body so that's make me choose apis himalaya honey.
This honey has a sweet flavor but not smoothness in texture that I see. I thought this honey may be natural with no sugar or added preservatives
but I was wrong because this have more sugar as compared I thought.
And one more thing wich dissapoint me is, this honey is so light with weird taste.
Honey is never heated and ensures that all the delicate enzymes and health - promoting questions are preserved but by flavor wise may be this was heated. That's why it taste weird, So again I choose wrong honey and
this honey completely dissapoint me. And I never ever use it.
