The judge of small things!!. Review on Aparichit

Yesterday night got a chance to see Apirichit. Solid Concept the Movie has, and it raises few of the issues too!

I would like to discuss it point wise.We North Indians are so much engrossed in pseudo intellectualism that we have been tore away from our roots?We are so much busy to follow Pizza and Burger culture that we have stopped taking care of our pity things in life…that has great influence on our society. We have been completely off-rooted from our culture and religion to be indeed sad there’s no culture here.

Having said that I would now say a bit about the movie- Our hero Ramanuj is a common guy doing not so well in life. But yes he has got his ethics tightly embraced under his arms. And we see him fighting with two wheelers and auto-wallas who neglect traffic rules, he cares about saving the life of a hit and run case, as a consumer lawyer he fights for rent control act for his poor client, he argues about the spare part dealer for faulty brake wires, he fights for poor food served in Railway, the fan which starts only with the help of your finger, the horrible loo in train, he fights against tax evasion.

Frustrated about not being able to mend things!! And one fine day a third power entering hero’s body and he punishes the defaulters, a horrible punishment- just according to Garuda Puraan which is the guide to your deeds when you finally leave for your heavenly abode!! So much of research and the cue taken by the roots of our origin- Puraanas!! And thus the punishment Andhkupam, ,  krimibhojanam  every punishment according to Garuda Puraan!!

Few things I noticed through this film, south India has learnt its root very well and still clings close to its base…yes they too enjoy Pizza culture but are definitely not swayed away by it! Here are the people who still can identify with all these pity problems and we as north Indian we would laugh off the situations…is this the real India? And mind you the south is still far ahead of North India in professionalism and opportunities- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala….all India’s answer to the world for IT and Tourism.

They are ahead they are solid- rock solid! Because I guess their foundation (roots) is tremendously strong!! I won’t discuss about the song concept and techno effects used in this film because it is a proven fact- Bollywood ko doob ke marr jana chahiye…when you see such a minblowing set raised and super hi-fy techno effects used by the south Indian movie world since ages- They gave us Prabhu Deva- Mukabalaa, AR Rahman and what not.Cheers to them! Let South India show the way!!
