I visited Ankita Hotel and Resort last week when I was vacationing with family in Kudal, Maharashtra. I have been Visiting this Beautiful Place since the last 4 years and its been one of My Favourite Since. Its an Upcoming Place and Not many People are Aware of The Beauty Associated with Ankita HnR !! We are greeted warmly by the very simple folks at the Resort and since its not very popular as yet, you need to place orders for breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner atleast 12 hours in advance. They do have 2 guest rooms if you would like to stay overnight. The Resort itself is set in Scenic beauty and Nestled among lush green trees. The Restaurant itself touches the lake and you ought to be careful if you have kids with you. You can literally walk into the Lake !! Our Favourite breakfast is Kande pohe, Ghavne with Chutney and Shevai with Ras. Absolutely Delicious...!! Lunch is Gaavthi kombdi sukka with Rice Bhakri and Fry Fish...Surmai, Paplet, Chanak and Prawns. Sol kadi is refreshingly delightful too. Avoid the Chinese fare...its not very good. Malvani Food is Delicious and Rates are Reasonable and Service is quick and warm. A must visit if you love Nature and Good Sea Food. Highly Recommended......
