MA true example for the saying.it's never too late.is our Bollywood star Anil kapoor.He has been in the industry for about three decades is still looks fresh.Fresh to except challenges, fresh to experiment and of course fresh to look at.
His looks especially his youth can be a matter of envy for young stars working with his daughters.He has really worked hard to maintain himself. His versatility is his greatest asset. He never became type cast and still going strong in that front.While he was an angry young man in movies like meri jung, tezaab, etc, he played the role of an innocent man in eeshwar and kishan kanhaiya with full conviction. Even in comic roles he fits with total ease.
Ram lakhan and mr India are just to mention few ones.He never hesitated to play unusual characters.Best thing about him was that he never over burdened himself with loads of male ego.He did so many films with top heroine like madhuri and Sri devi. He got his due acclaim but was never envious of his heroines if they ran away with credit of success.
This speaks volumes about his respect for the other gender.This might also be the reason for his successful marital life, a thing very rare in the film industry. In beta madhuri got the credit while in mr India Sri devi ran away with credit.But Anil never felt insecure.He also tried his luck in Hollywood.His stint there was brief but not bad. He will always be attached to historical film like slum dog millionaire.Very few Indians have been able to reach there, so it is quite commendable.Another feather in his cap is t.v series 24. It revolutionized Indian t.v.It raised the standard of Indian television to another level. The production, the performance, the direction, the story.everything about it was praise worthy. And this time he deserved and got the full credit. He has received almost every awards, whether national or filmfare awards and we are sure there are lot more to come.
