What do girls do and talk about when they are in Goa for a best friend’s wedding? They talk about everything. The movie in the first part before it starts with the artist names covers some major issue we women face like eve teasing, fairness cream problems, and women in the corporate, struggling actress, abusive language, and rowdy comments to an artist.
These girls are not at all angry, but yes audiences like me and my best friend were, not because of the movie but because of unnecessary censor put by the censor board.
Anyway, the movie revolves around girls who come from different walks of life and though they seem satisfied but they all have some grievances trapped in them. The actresses in the movie have hardly worn any make up. This movie shows what the real women are like, to some extent. The one wearing saree and the one wearing shorts they all face some kind of problems.
This movie has shown homosexuality in a very casual way, the way it is supposed to be. There is also a gang rape and murder, which is quite heartbreak for a movie like this. But again to show the angry Indian goddesses they had to show something that is real and has happened in the past.
My favourite character of the movie is Sandhya Mridul, she is as awesome as always.
People who cannot digest some boldness and a movie with no guys in main lead, please do not watch it. However, this is the reality, soon we will have only females in movies.
