This is the worst service I ever seen in any of Broking house.
My branch have changed the phone numbers from last one month which is not intimated by phone, SMS, email or by any mean.
I was trying daily 10 times to contact them.
As a last chance I had dropped the mail on July 29 but didn’t got answer up to 9th August.
Even calling help line toll free number or paid number I didn’tgot new number.
As they have not update in my profile so call center person was also gave same numbers.
After I got number I had talked this with Thane branch HOD, he said we tried called you but you didn’t picked the phone, So is that solution, that mean every day I have to pick every phone(even if credit card seller) and answer them, & you wash off your hand just by saying we tried for 2 times?
This is real worst. Angel is growing in business but they don’t have simple thigs to manage at ground level. This way angel cannot survive in future. There were lots of broker came & gone just because of not working properly on ground level.
