It was a normal day shift job from morning 8.30am to evening 5.30pm. Very much busy in work hours (i.e) during Stock Market timings from 9.00am to 3.30pm. The timings are very strict, all the dealers have to be in office before the market starts.
We speak to the advisory team first, which is good because we get to learn a lot from them about the markets and we can advise our clients better.
After 3.30pm we make relations with our customers by talking to them on phone calls & giving them more knowledge about the market, taking reference from them for new accounts opening with our firm.
The management of the company is good, supports all the employees a lot at any time in every way. Even when it comes to leaves in times of need, so we are comfortable and appreciate the care shown by our employers.
My co-workers were also very friendly & helping nature, we use to share all our things like knowledge or even how to manage things in more better ways. I learned many things from my co-workers too.
Things I learned is service which we give to our customers & also learned about back office work like printing yearly financial statement if any customer required.
