I am using smart phone with Android operating system since 3 years now. This operating system is very user friendly and comes with good look & feel. All the mobile apps work very good and fast on this OS. Whenever a new version of android comes in, it gets installed very easily. Most of the mobile apps release their updated versions on the android operating system. Android comes with many interesting screen launchers and doesn't consume lots of memory also. We can use multiple mobile app very comfortably without any issues. For me, I haven't faces any performance issues as of now with my android operating system.
