10pm I went to Andhra bank Bhiwandi branch to deposit my salary and saving money of 100 and 50rs notes.
Your bank employees are not interested to talk with your own customers.
Instead of bank employees police men have warned me to leave the bank he is not listening what I am asking him.
I was spend only 5 min at bank looking for suggestion from authorized bank employees.
Every time this branch is not liable to provide at least satisfy services to your own customer.
Instead of your andhra bank I am also customer of ICICI bank I got good service from ICICI brank in the form of direct communication with bank employees talking with their own customers, taking suggestions, providing daily government changing roles in money Withdrawal, cash limits, ETC
I am happy with ICICI bank way of talking their own employees are standing outside and taking suggestion.
Now onwards I don’t want to continue if this branch is proving like this service ahead.
Improve your bank service with qualified, responsible, honest employees.
People who are working in the bank are known basics of bank not complete banking.
As police man warned me I am also warning andhra bank if you want you exist customers with you improve service not by words with activities.
