Like any other bank, the post of manager is occupied by a new person very 6 months and with the result the service level also varied. Sometimes we got good service and sometimes the service level was low. Initially when I wrote the first comment, I was getting very good service. But over years, the service has not been to my satisfaction and may be this is the way the service varies in each bank. I accept the things as they are. Nothing much can be done about this. What I like in the bank is the standard rates for lockers and other services. Some of the staff are still there for many years and get good service from them. I would like to recommend this bank for those who are not looking for many extra facilities. I understand that it would take few years for Andhra bank to provide such facilities.
