I am an SB Account holder with Andhra Bank. I use to do huge amount of transactions with the bank. They will never help out if the customers are in need. Irresponsible staffs and no one tries to help out . No value for customers. I applied for internet banking service and received the login Id and password only after 1 month and also was not able to login and when I reported the problem with bank, the staff replied that they don't have any idea about internet banking. They called and informed that I can come and collect the transaction password but when I went to the bank after making me wait for a long time simply they said that the cover is missing and to come and collect later.
That is a good example of their irresponsibility. Then after visiting the bank 5 times I successfully got the transaction password after 6 months but not able to use that because it is not working. Too many formalities for issuing credit cards and Loans. Very poor service and makes to always visit the bank for silly concerns where nowadays other 3rd generation banks like ICICI provides services at our doorsteps.
Finally I am going to close my account with Andhra Bank. Please be aware of them.
