I have account in this bank since long time. Basically this bank is not customer friendly as employees r not at all courteous to customers. Cheque clearance takes more than 3 days as drop boxes r not emptied regularly at clearance timings.Moblie banking app requires some serious updation.Bank senior officials should study how new generation pvt banks works in more efficient way.Except its psu bank for everything I recommend new bank's
