I had given my xuv500 for service.I had taken an appointment for the service still i got my car back after 2 days.it was for free service. no other mechanical work. also dont keep anything expensive things like pen drives, chargers etc in your cars. you will never find it again.
They take too many cars for service for a day and the service area is not spacious.Also before you receive your vehicle ensure you dont have any dents . also check fuel gauge. I had filled diesel for Rs. 1000(it showed 25% of tank) but when i received my vehicle back, it was almost empty.
