Well I read it and I don't know what to or how to review this book .i was searching for some matter in this which would be I presumed nationalist, unifying different religions to overthrow the colonial rule in India at that time. But as it turned out or was it just my interpretation of the book, the author wrote it in the context of that time which I wasn't even a bit familiar with .
It presents a picture of India during the sanyasi andolan during which irrespective of their castes people unified as Santans to bring down the Muslim rule in India and not the british rule which was a surprise . But if we read it today we must read it with a very open mind considering the situations of both the protagonists' and author's timeline in mind .
The ideas of writer at start seem somewhat biased but as it turns out he has just shown the true picture, which this new generation may find a bit overwhelming, fanatic and humorous . But it was a great read and gives us a deep insight into those people's minds and their condition, their strong motivation, determination, perseverance and many other qualities which are nowadays not so much rare.
