Just name one damn thing that works properly - the answer is one big'zero'!
Consider their website, half of the things don't work. Most of the things won't even load. Complain about it and they just don't care! Mobile app is just for the heck of it. They have 101 ways to eat money from the consumers. They charge for change of address too and that too they won't do properly. What's the point of charging money for a job not done properly!? Don't sneeze or else they might charge for that too.:)
Ask simple things to their customer care and they don't have an answer. The website shows chat with their customer care option for queries. After entering all the necessary details, it doesn't work. Agents are uneducated, they don't even know what's happening! They don't even follow up and solve your problem. They are just money takers. Everything that has the remotest probability of unimaginably going wrong is wrong for sure! My$0.02 - Stay away!
