Amway claims that it is a global leader in direct selling, with over three million Independent Business Owners (IBOs) in over 80 countries and territories around the world. No other direct selling company can compare with our longevity, stability, and global reach.” Who is going to verify?
Motivation. Those who associates for long in Amway, including Diamond /Gold members will share their experience. To make this event or meet a success big gathering would be arranged like our traditional way of bringing many people to attend. The culture created by Amway is of course good, chargeable and educate the down line members and motivate them to act the same way they had done so. It is easy for anyone to express his or her own experience and is also quite interesting to interact with someone who is doing adventure in running successful business and enduring with competitive world.
Excellent approach to get members: They make a situation wherein we must, in first step express our ambition and list out, in second step our friend’s circle and explores, in third step the possibility of inducting them into Amway. Pulling people by phone, discussion is, in the fourth step a continuous process and they would not keep quiet .Try and try till get at least one down line member.
Apparently it is like a gambling. We have to very carefully step forward otherwise we will be looser even for getting monthly voucher. We have to strictly follow their formula to gain points. Immediate up liner will talk less but he/she used to sell tickets / coupons through new members for other meetings planned in and around. New members will be encourgaed by taking them on the stage for appriciation
Listen and Learn: In my case, a bank staff, a member in Amway nicely talked me initially on this topic whenever I visited bank. Then, she proposed to meet some one in other place. Later we had a meeting with him, an up line member who lectured. My wife and I listened and listened hours together.
At last we joined by paying Rs 10, 000/= for which they gave us a Literature Pack containing some reading materials and some cleaner etc. Many audiotapes were given at our cost for listening on our free time to learn the business .It is a good stuff.
We received later a Petro card and costly nutrition tablets & etc, etc on our cost…..
We were involved actively, in spending money and time on whatever the bank staff, up line member said. Prime activity in this co is to induct bottom line members’ besides buying unwanted items by force/lecture .
Now I realize that I started loosing my money rather than earning it from Amway.
Amway is a **Bitter medicine with sugarcoating not to cure the disease but succumb to more illness.
To know the fact just attend some amway meetings .*
