Amool whole wheat bread is a good source of fibre and vitamin B complex .Everyday I eat 3 slices of this brown whole wheat bread and feel filled for long time.Its tasty too.Its best with milk or butter .With jam it goes fine too.I would recommend to all health conscious , diabetic and heart patient to eat brown bread and Amool whole wheat bread by Amool K Bakers is good because its not very thick or bigger in size.So its enjoyable.
