My Experience: I have been using this ghee for the last 3yrs. I love the texture, the aroma and the colour. It totally reminds me of the fresh ghee my grandmother used to make with collected cream from milk. This tastes equally good, minus the hours spend in making it. I remember how my granny used to spend few hours making the ghee and the kitchen used to stink of the cooking malai, which was nothing close to the aroma of the final product: ghee. Well this quick fix is great in case of Amul Ghee! You need not struggle and bear the stink, but directly get to the aroma of fresh ghee.!
There are a few Ghee producing companies, and I've tried a few, but I always come back to Amul. The main reason being the company also produces fresh milk, so the Ghee is produced from the fresh milk they get. Secondly the aroma, texture and colour is good.
Uses:
Ghee is rich in Vitamins A, D, E and K as well as ruch in Fats, which is essential for providing the elasticity to the muscles and bones. I usually add a dollop to my dal, sometimes to few vegetable curries, biryanis and of course Paranthas.
Last Word: You have to taste it, to love it! Totally Recommending!
