Amri group of hospitals have been serving to people of our country since quite some time and it has hospitals in almost all major cities of the country. This hospital was started in Bhubaneswar, the state capital of Odisha a little more than two years back. Recently I had got my mother admitted to it for a surgery on the left knee which has gone successful and I am delighted to express my own experience with it.
About The Hospital: The hospital is located at approximately two kilo meters from Khandagiri square and spread over a huge area. It has a five floor huge building with more than one thousand beds. It has a huge parking area too. There are as many as 8 lifts on the ground floor and one security person per lift is available to attend people. It has all departments like medicine, orthopedic, cardiology, ENT, ophthalmology, nefrology, neurology and many others too.
Ambiance: The interior ambiance of it is amazing and the entire hospital operates with a centralized AC. Al the rooms and corridors are very clean. On the ground floor, al information regarding the facilities and doctors are displayed on big screens. Sweeping personnel are regularly busy in keeping the hospital clean.
Service: Service of the doctors and other staff members is extremely pleasant. When my mother got admitted, all formalities were finished swiftly and a room was allotted within a hour. On the first day, all investigations were carried out in time so that the operation could be done the next day which happened in time. After the operation was over, the doctor himself called me informing that everything was well and I could meet my mother which was really pleasant for me. After the operation, a single room was allotted to my mother and the nurses on duty visit her from time to time to know if any thing is required. Food service is also excellent and they provide it in time.
Charges: The treatment charges are a bit at higher side as I have learnt from others. But, I can not evaluate it since the entire expenses of my mother was sponsored by Paradeep Port Trust where my Father worked earlier. Nevertheless, looking at their service, charges would not be an issue for sure.
Overall, I am absolutely satisfied with this hospital and would always recommend to everyone in future.
