It is a best gym I ever seen in delhi. It is having a full airconditioner feature with more facilities. I am going in this gym from 8 months. And this gym is best for me for working out. The gym is provided a different kinds of training like general training, zone training, personal training and functional training. Its having many facilties like aerobics, zumba and yoga. Ample of parking space provided though.
You can consulant to your trainer about your diet he will give you the best diet schedule according to your BMA ( body composition analysis) , BMA also provided in this gym. Hot and cold shower facility is also provided. And you will always secure with yours things with the locker facility. All the trainers are educated and fully satisfied. Other staff members are also good in nature. Cardio machines are also nice having a television and wifi facility in it. All the equipments in the gym are so good. Memberships are high but will give you best according to the discounts and the occasionally season.
It it will be worth what you spend on it. There is a diffrent types of memberships like monthly, quarterly, halfyearly and annualy, you can choose whosoever is good for you. Monthly membership is starting of ? 2500 to 3000 for each person but if want to workout here for many months so u can go for bigger membership it will provide you discount.
