Food presentation is very poor and the quality and quantity of the biryani is very less quantity and the quality of the rice is not good. The taste of biryani had nothing special because the taste of biryani is quite normal to the home made one only. They delivered the food very late and they delivered my order after 25 min that's a very big drawback to this hotel. Consumer expect anything new from them but this biryani is not upto expections. They disappointed me every much when it comes to food taste.
The ambience is not bad because it built very well and the place is very clean and tidy. Very well maintain by the management . Good atmosphere and environment and with the positive attitude also. The consumer services is a very big drawback to this hotel. They have very bad management they have. Very big and major issue on this hotel. They should keep an effective management to attract customers towards them. Value of money is very bad because the quantity and the quality of the food is very poor comparatively to the price of the briyani. Very expensive and very costly . You will get less quantity with cheap quality one for a high price that's a very big drawback to this hotel.
