I have been hearing about Ammis Biryani for quite sometime and then one day just logged in and ordered from their website. I was bowled. The presentation was awesome and the food superb. The Hyderabad Veg biryani was perfectly spiced and well cooked. The side dishes(Paneer Kalimirch) and Achari Aloo were also extremely scrumptious.
This is our second innings with them and their customer service was put to test during the second innings, when only one item came over instead of three items. Add to their misery, they send us mutton Hyderabadi biryani instead of Paneer Soya Biryani.
I called their customer care and gave them a piece of my mind, because hunger was at its peak and our palates could not hold on anymore. But the executive was very concerned and admitted the goof up. He promised the same will be arranged in 10 mins. And promptly it comes in 10 mins.
We are now hooked to them and this is worrying my better half as to whether she will end up spending less time in the kitchen! I assured hers will always be the bestest that I still love her cooking
