I am the player not the game. Review on Amitabh Bachchan

I’ve heard all the rumours but I want to know did he actually have an affair with Rekha? People in India think of him as a god and yet he can’t keep it in his trousers! Just like any other man, he should have some control over his urges! I am afraid, it is true. He did have an affair with Rekha but better sense prevailed and he went back to his family.

I do not say he was right but all is well that ends well. I don’t understand why he is doing so many ordinary roles in mediocre films. He is miles above that and should be acting like it. It’s none other than Mr. Amitabh Bachan the most overrated actor of our times. People are crazy about as if he’s the God of Hindi cinema.

But if anyone sees his career graph, it’s only a few (type) roles that he ever played on screen. Believe it or not, Amitabh Bachchan is the world’s most over-rated actor. Big B uses his height to advantage. He does not possess any skills. First Amitabh Bachchan he will advertise for money even condoms. Hate to see such a haggard old man 20 times on the TV.

Everyone says he is a professional actor. But Mr. Bachchan refuses to shave his French beard in any movie [heights of professionalism]. So characters are made around him, and he just is Amitabh Bachchan on the screen, not the character. He has the same hair, beard, acting, style in all his movies.

He and Rani Mukherji acted in the most overrated movie of India, BLACK [Copied from Miracle Worker, lighting and frame copied from Three Colours- Blue] and the critics go crazy. Shame. Amitabh is not even a speck of dust of Aamir shoes. As far as Amitabh is concerned, he has his own set of fans that surely outnumber Aamir fans even at half-strength.

Younger generations don’t like this haggard image. Media should be little considerate to the poor plight of us. I think people are wasting everybody’s time. Comparing Bachchan with Dilip Kumar; Aamir Khan??? I don’t know when were he was born and where. Dilip Kumar has been the best actor in Hindi cinema so far;

Who has given good acting and quality to Hindi cinema. He limited his acting to very few films in more than 50 years in this industry; when this guy was not even known to anybody!! In 90s this fellow would have disappeared because of lot of failures in a row. Mrityudata; Lal Badsha; Khuda Gawah.

!! Before release he made announcement in world news that this was his last film; to make sure everybody watches him. This type of cheap publicity Dilip or Raj or Dev never did in the past and they were always on top!! See how fans of Bachchan are mad like him because Aamir is a better actor than him and has been an Oscar nominated.

Film by the name of Lagaan; Bachchan’s fans are sadak chhap; (not by me),but this is what Sunny Deol has said about Bachchan & his fans..!! It is ’’greed’’ & ’’glamor’’ which are forcing any actor (which includes AB) to go on acting and take up any role or any rotten adv. on TV; or press media.

Who has got time to force him to do that ? See the record of old veterans like Ashok Kumar; Dilip Kumar , how they retire gracefully; realising it is tough to compete & act with over-active new generations. Time changes ; everything changes and we can get good people or even better because nobody is indispensable !!!

Was forced upon in Hindi films etc. and ’’Shakti’’ award ..etc. are not correct!! Dilip made him run. In 90s he was totally a big failure in Hindi films ; 7 failures in a row!!; it is small screen which made his life; thanks to Amar singh; Debash and Sahara people!! I like 2 things about him ; God gifted voice, good command over Hindi language and punctuality, he is perfect in his timings.
