Aminia one of the oldest resturant in kolkata, this restaurant makes many items like resales both chicken and mutton, it makes briyani both chicken and mutton and some desserts like firni and etc. But it is known for its briyani, which is fabulous. And it also having many competitors like Arsalan, Shiraj, etc.
The briyani made by Aminia is very good they make it using good quality products and the flavour is too good. But I will give it only 4 stars because day by day it is increasing its rates as well as I can notice the lack of flavours and taste in the briyani.
