I bought a few American Tourister luggage bags, the trolley bags were fine, except a handbag with trolley whose handle broke with very light weight and also I got a handbag without trolley that was not of very good material. It was made of polyester and on the trip, it just tore even with light weight. It was really frustrating. I had to immediately get a new bag.
Price - Prices are very high, being a premium brand. But few products are affordable.
Quality - After this bad experience I will say the quality needs to improve big time. Because they can't keep disappointing customers like this.
Look - Look is very good undoubtedly but of no use if it ditches you in the mid of your trip,
Value for money - Not at all worth the price paid for the handbags.
