I had the American Express Green card for a long time. I kept on being posted to different places all over India at intervals. The use was not much.
The executives most probably in the call centres were constantly phoning me up for their requirements and when I mentioned about a double payment and that I wanted to discontinue as the card was not free and had annual charges and get my excess payment back, in a few days I found to my dismay that the annual charges had been deducted from the credit with them
Not a good feeling about the way some staff in companies or companies are operating in India these days and are not really customer friendly but only appear to be cutting the pockets of the customers to earn incentives for themselves and make profits for the companies.
So many a time one wants to discontinue the so called facilities which cause lot of tension and waste of time and money.
