I received an American Express card.
My first transaction was for my office to pay in dollars.
ccountants due to negligence, Chech payment was returned, so I produced the second check.
Again the second Check was also returned due the person was not collecting the check.
Finally, I arranged for bank demand draft.
By the time the payment is approved, the American Express card had been canceled permanently.
When I asked to activate, I have been told that it will be paid after approval.
They respond on the phone is that, the card is deactivated permanently.
The behaviour of the persons working with the American Express is fully not customer focused.
They are not responsible in providing the answers to the customer.
