Amdocs selects people, when they need for a higher salary( Offering even double the current package). After one or two years, irrespective of the performance of the associate, he /she is laid off solely because he/she can be replaced by a cheaper associate. This is day light robbery.
Amdocs even trains its employees to tell lies to customer. Amdocs sends associates on B1 to do work in US, three times more than Infosys did in the past. If an associate is caught by US immigration trying to enter the country on B1 with an intention to do work, he/she is immediately laid off. It is high time that strong lay-off related rules are formulated in India. Amdocs is looting the resources and talent of the country by offering more money for a short term.
They are in no way providing additional employment.( What use of an employment which gives you money for few years and makes you addicted to a different life style and then abruptly ends that when you enter middle age?).
I can share with you stories of people in Amdocs, Pune committing suicide due to work pressure and harassment.
