I ordered for a 24inch LG inbuild Speaker Monitor and in the next day got the delivery for the same. When I opened I saw what I got is a monitor without Inbuilt Speaker.
I reachout to customer care to cancel and order a new inbuilt, I was told that I only ordered this model and I have to go with the same. They are now telling me, I have only option to replace the same if it is damaged with the same model.
My total requirement is gone for a toss now.
I reached out to Nodal officer and got a responce that they cant respond to this and I need to reach out to the same Customer care.
I am sure if I have explained the same to the seller he would have got my product and retured the new one, but Amazon is not ready to go that extra mile.
Dont buy and if you got then they would update your request with what they have and would ask you to have it for ever.
