I come up to this review just to share my horrible experience with one one the best Online shopping market place today that is Amazon.
I purchased a VR googles from Amazon on 20 January 2016, Order ID: # 171-9240130-3422767 . When I receive the Item I found that the product is compatible with my phone so ask for the return . In some days the return request accepted email send to me and the procedure to return my product . I follow up their procedure and Return that product from DTDC courier service, TRACKING NO: V29521325, and the product was revived to the seller on 14th June 2016 . But its near a month not a single response from the seller as well as Amazon cant help me out .
After that Amazon filed A-Z guarantee policy for solve my issue and took 1-2 weeks time . After two weeks I again contact to Amazon and they again ask me to contact after 2/3 days .
Not end here, I contact again after 4 days now guess what they again asking for time and "RE-FILLING " my A-Z claim again that will take 1-2 weeks again. ARE YOU KIDDING ME.?
They have their Terms & Conditions and they are not following that? Now the present condition is I have no longer the product nor I have the refund and moreover they took time again and again just for to harass the Customer? If you can't follow your Own T&S then why you put that on your website or App whatever .
Not a Single word from my above context is false, I have each and every proof of What happen to me . You can Check anything like courier details, Order ID of amazon even if you need I can provide the conversation email with Amazon customer support .
Last I want to say: Amazon return and refund policy is worst, I mean WOOORSSTTT.
