Amazon has a great sales as well as after sales service. Thd delivery periods is very low and it dilivers anywhere in India except for some items like exclusive smartphones. Thr most amazing thing about Amazon is that we can buy a smartphone, use it for maximum 10 days and return it easily and they don't askbany queations. But the thing is that we can't do this many times otherwise they will block our id. But it is OK.
They have a good service of toll free number as well.
Cons:
The description in the description section of devices are not completely shown. The user interface is bit oldish in style.
