If there is a award for Worst Customer Service, and there are 3 nominees, Amazon Customer Care will win all three categories.
I was complaining about one particular delivery guy who used to harassed me. He used to call late in the night and he used to always returned my packages without delivering them. All he wanted me to come late in the office and take the delivery. It was so annoying, all my paid parcels were used to go back. I had all his recorded calls
I kept on complaining about this harassment, wrote mail, posted on twitter nothing happened. Amazon Customer Care is highly pathetic.
Same item I ordered thru someones account, same address, and he got the delivery very next day. Its so clear now, that delivery guy purposely harassed me till I give up.
