I am a customer of amazon, and have recently experienced a total service degradation from Amazon.in. Here are my orders #s(171-4352660-5339500 and 171-5189942-0347555). When I ordered these items at my commercial address, it was written that it would be delivered by 20th May 2016(Friday). But on that day, due to rain, it didn't get delivered(got update from Amazon at EOD).


Then when I contacted Customer Service team, they told it would be delivered on 21st May 2016(Saturday), but it was not delivered even then. Then again I called up CSR, they told it would certainly be delivered on Sunday(22nd May), so I have changed the delivery address to my home address. And even it was not delivered on Sunday. Again called up CSR, they told there is a 90% probability it would get delivered on Monday(23rd May).


And all of a sudden, I am seeing the status of my order has been updated to "Refused by Customer", when no one contacted me. Then I really got irritated, and called up CSR again. Then only then told the package was damaged on 20th May(Friday) itself, and they are canceling the order, and returning the package., and instead advising me to raise a new order.


After having me waited for 4 days, they are telling me the package is damaged and they will not deliver that. And even then updated the status of request to "Refused by Customer". I have never faced such service degradation from Amazon.in.


I am not sure what they will reply here other than just saying "sorry". But I do demand an explanation, and strict action against the courier/delivery team. The CSR team has been great, and I really don't have any issues talking or interacting with them. And yes, I want to be looped in all their communications so that I can get to know what action is being taken against them(because can't trust the courier/delivery team anymore).
