Few sellers really disappointing its customers. Review on Amazon

Good app and no doubt good service. Timely delivery and service. If want to return any goods timely pickup and timely refunds. This is the reputation a company must maintain but few sellers are really not going with these guidelines of amazon. These sort of sellers are harassing their customers.

My experiene with two things. One was shaker the gym shaker it was costing around Rs. 600. I got it delivered with the week but I was not satisfied with the packing. Just a simple half worn out box as if it was opened in the way. Very poor packaging. But the product inside was fine and new. But the shaker I ordered and I saw in images was bit different from the one I received. The changes that I found were neither in the description of the item in the amazon's website or app. So tried returning the product. The seller was cloudtail. It was some other from mysore I guess. The seller denied my request and I was worried that my 600 will go totally worthless. Tried calling amazon they told they would look into the matter and talk to seller themselves and would revert back in 24 hours. But no response as such. I again called them and they said they are looking into the matter and would mail the details whatever they could do possible. I waited for next 48 hours almost . They told me to courier the product to the seller at his location. So I had to privately send the courier to the seller. Almost wasted 100Rs. for it which would not be refunded. For the next 5-6 days there was no response and the product did not reach the seller as told by the seller. But the product was already delivered there. Really disappointing. The whole process took almost 20-25 days. Finally after lot of harassment I got my refund.

The other on is Gym gloves. Its seller is from jullundhur. The seller completely denied to accept back. Okay first I would tell you the problem in it. The gloves had a good appearance but the grip was really bad. It was so thick and cushioned that after wearing one could not close the hands to hold the weights after wearing them. Complete waste. Contacted seller. He rejected my request for refund. Called amazon once again. But this time they are also not able to help me. They are saying they have sent this case to the higher team. It would take around 90 days. Who would wait for the refund of Rs.300 for almost 3 months. I dont know why few sellers harass their customers alot. We are not returning the products deliberately. If we have some issues that too genuine then only we are returning and want our money back or say better product. Still been a month the problem not resolved. Really disappointed. Though the amazon is not bad but sometimes few sellers try to deteriorate its reputation which is really bad.
