I had first ordered MDNA LP Vinyl Record on(Order # 404-4534382-0228324) June 19th with one of Amzon's seller - iBhejo. The product price was then Rs. 1756. The order was acknowledged by Amazon. After few days, I got an email that due to "insufficient inventory" the order was cancelled and "If you're still interested in this item, please search for it again on Amazon.in".
I ordered the product on July 20th(Order # 404-5856580-7132350) with iBhejo for Rs. 1756. Again, the second time the order was cancelled due to "insufficient inventory".
I had been monitoring this product for the past 3 months and iBhejo had been listed as a seller all these days. I need to know why iBhejo was listed as a seller if they do not have sufficient stock, inspite of refusing to deliver two times.
Now the same product is sold by iBhejo for Rs. 7897(450% hike in price). If iBhejo had mentioned a wrong price earlier, they should be transparent enough to admit it instead of giving false reason of "insufficient inventory".
When there is a demand for a product, they hike up the price and sell for higher profits. The seller has no moral obligation to sell at their committed price. Instead they tactfully give an excuse of "insufficient inventory"
Amazon, should have some kind of system to control and monitor their sellers.
When I wanted to post this review on Amazon site, they refused to do it saying, I did not adhere to their guidelines.
