I had purchased many items from Amazon.in. All the items were good except the Speed Cube I recently purchased for my brother. I received a Wrong product so I placed a complained that I received a Wrong item & want refund for the same.
The next day amazon.in picked up the item and within 2 working days I received my payment in the form of Gift Card. I paid an amount of Rs.149 but the Customer Care Executive gave me a gift card worth Rs.150. I liked the service.
Its a trustworthy E-commerce website.
