Amazon is an international brand and they are doing well in India as well. Amazon is using Indian culture to be successful in India. First time I ordered from Amazon is before 3 years and the service has been just improving since then.
Delivery service is indeed very impressive. As soon as the product is delivered the status is updated. Packaging quality is good which keeps the product safe.
