Really pathetic consumer care execs. Review on Amazon

I ordered a wireless mouse(on 23rd feb), received a product with mismatching serial numbers on 25th feb(despite being misleadingly advertised 1 day delivery  - I had to fight for getting it delivered too!). raised a complaint, have been following since then. today I am being told that a replacement will be given and will take 2 more days to reach me. I just can not spend this much of time on every order that I place online though amazon just to get the right product I chose to order. so I asked them to cancel whatever replacement you are arranging, arrange a pickup instead and refund my money. the response I am getting is "according to policies, we can not cancel the order, you can refuse to receive the order instead". Doing so is anyway going to consume some more of the time and I am still not going to be at the liberty of having the right product. the mismatching serial numbers are visible through the images attached herewith very clearly. I seriously have lost the impression that they can supply genuine products at all and I can not just keep spending time worrying about the transactions.

Moreover they dont have enough of delivery guys to deliver the order within advertised time frame. When they miss the estimated delivery time, and you raise a complaint, the response you shall get "as per our policies, its mandatory to wait for 3 days past the estimated delivery date.blah blah". so basically, consumer is the only one who is being cheated. The supplier can just supply some thing which is not genuine by using the fake labels, amazon will keep showing that they have some "policies".
