I have been using amazon since two years. I used snapdeal, and flipkart but both are a waste because of their poor customer service.
Here is why id prefer Amazon.in
1) Amazon makes sure that ur issue is solved.
2) amazon gives really amazin deals and discounts
3) Super value days help ke save minimum 700INR which I get back to use as amazon gift cards.
4) huge range of products available
5) returns are easy as 123
6) amazon fulfilled products help customers enjoy better privileges.
Id recommend Amazon for its really worth it
