Once I had ordered an LED table lamp through amazon .but unfortunately it was in dead condition it didn't work at all. so I decided to return it. but as I tried to return it they showed that the item is non returnable so I called amazon customer care and I told my problem as they heard my problem they ordered another LED lamp for me for no cost and as it arrives they didn't brought back the old one so far . that was awesome experience for me.
