Please don't buy anything from Amazon as Amazon now seems like a Fraud company with rubbish non cooperative customer care.
They sent damaged defective
LG washing machine and then deduct money upon return stating exchange promotion of RS 3800 is non refundable. Amazon cheated me of RS 3800 which their customer care fooled me by saying entire refund or RS 5410 will be credited as I was insisting on replacement instead of return & refund since I knew about the clause and didn't want to return but customer care executive and social media handler Naheed assured full refund of RS 5410 if I agreed to which I had to agree as I was stuck with a damaged product but to my surprise they credited only RS 1610.
Also The seller Dawntech electronics is a Fraud seller, mostly sells rejected and damaged washing machines & refrigerator which they get for huge discounts from manufacturers LG Samsung etc. And then offer fraud exchange offers where they fully know customer will loose huge amount of money, so will keep it.
Also exchange vendors rejects old washing machine for exchange and then demand money of threatens to cancel the order and since the price seems great many succumb to their demands.
Buy all appliances offline from local stores like Croma RelianceDigital VijaySales at least you'll assured of better service & if needed replacement in case anything is a Miss, damaged. One more thing which you may want to know, there's a quality difference between online & offline products too as companies have different quality for online platform to sell cheap
Didn't believed but LG demo person confirmed. So next time you want to purchase appliances say no to Amazon.
