Amazon.com the online shopping site is good but not great. Because of they didn't give best offers and best deals. Amazon give their customers to same things not any exiting and customer appreciating offers. There are diffrent online shopping sites in the market like Paytm, snapdeal, mr. Voorbij etc. So that heavy compition in the market.i think amazon should do something new and exiting offers , customer service and value for money products. And set a new benchmark in e-commerce market.
