Worst Customer Support Team who Threaten Customers. Review on Amazon

I have used for a while now and fairly had good experience until I did not. I had one issue or the other with the last few orders but they were resolved at a recent timeframe. But this time around the order was for an instant coffee and I was never contacted on the said delivery date - but the records were updated they were unable to reach so parcel returned. After that I have been trying for a week talking to more than 25 agents who assured it would be delivered but it was never done - during all this time they falsified records stating I requested a delayed delivery. After repeated failed attempts I was promised it would be delivered on 4th and if not a refund would be done. However, I did not get it on 4th either nor was a refund done and the order status was contact amazon! I finally requested for a refund when they did nothing but they have refused a refund and their agents threatened me on call and their support sent me a two page email with all their canned responses and nothing about my problem or order. Their social media team states they contacted me but they did not do that and insist I am not responding to their mails which never came through. This whole ordeal has been downright frustrating and atrocious to say the least. A refund that should have been automatic I am been given a run around for more than a week now!

Problem Resolved - While I expected more from Amazon . a manual refund was done after all the hype and hoopla.
