Their service has gone substandard lately, I used to shop alot from their website but now I have to think twice.
As their delivery boys cancel the returns on their own multiple times, so you have to register return pickup multiple times by calling up their customer care and narrating them the entire story, sometimes they send you refurbished items.
Not a hassle free service anymore.
