Amazon is a good company as I have experienced its good service. Ordered a cell from it and was delivered in 2 days only, their site and app both have very less bugs and are fast and the user interaction is good so shopping experience is good on Amazon .
The main unique thing I experienced on amazon that you can also make card payment on cash on delivery, so when product is delivered and you dont have cash you can swipe the card . The return policy is also good and service is very fast and good . I recommend users to try amazon as I found it a good experience but yes amazon is good in technical things not in clothing or home products as you can get better deal on other platforms too.
