Bad experience with electronic devices. Review on Amazon

Hi friends. I am here to share a genuine experience which I have have on amazon.Although their product quality are goods and most of the things are available with offer and discounts.

In the month of April I purchased a mobile device "moto g4 play" for 8000 from amazon.The irritating thing was that I wanted that device only and on amazon they were giving rs 1000 cashback provided if I purchase via amazon pay. So I did transferred money from my bank account to my amazon account for rs 8000 and when I filled all details the pin code was not accepting for delivery at my location i.e 831011(Jamshedpur) from Bangalore. I had no choice but to order at my friends home which is in Chennai because only for 1 week they were offering rs 1000 cash back on that phone.The product delivery was available from Bangalore to Chennai and not Bangalore to Jamshedpur which I wanted.Because of amazon delivery problem I had to shell out extra rs 300 from my pocket for delivery charges from Chennai to Jamshedpur.

1)I spoke to customer service regarding this problem they told me its the seller who has decided the delivery locations.

2)The product quality was good, no complaints about product.It was sealed pack.

3)They deliver the product from Chennai to Bangalore in just 1 day which is good but as a customer it failed to satisfy me as previously few other amazon and flipkart products I purchased being delivered before on my area of 831011.

4)The app & websites are good to handle but would prefer from amazon that they should consider all their products accessible & purchase from websites too as I have experienced that web products can only be purchased from app as there its mentioned "app only" deals and that same product cannot be purchased from websites

5)Its reliable but would prefer they make some changes like "app only deals", amazon pay and amazon prime without taking extra charges from customers.
