I bought iphone 6 plus 3 weeks ago from Amazon mobile app. They shipped it real quick(within 2 days). I noticed few deep dents on the iphone's box. As it was a gift for someone special, I felt really disappointed. I contacted the customer support and they did their best to solve my issue.
They even gave a 150rs gift card. This is one of the best customer support I ever had. The support staff did their best to do anything they could do to solve my problem. Their live chat support system is best! From now on I will only be buying from Amazon.
