Amazon by far has the worst delivery services - their Amazon transportation services logistics arm is pathetic. They always refuse to come to my office and deliver. Instead they make me walk for 10 minutes till the gate and ask me to collect it.
I always pay money in advance for the simple reason that I dont want to be disturbed during meetings etc, but they always interrupt and ask me to come down.
Not just that, they invariably make me come down and WAIT for 10 minutes before the delivery boy even comes. And when there are times I dont pick up their phone because I am in an important meeting, they write a comment "Customer not available to receive". This is the most disgusting website. I have anyway deleted my amazon account for good.
It is no surprise that Amazon has a paltry market share of 12%, in comparison to Flipkart of 40%+ and Snapdeal of 32%. These guys have a far superior in-house logistics arm.
